What is clipping path?

Simply clip means to cut out or cut off an object. Path means an outline. So, clipping path means erasing or cutting off selected outline of an object from the background. The object becomes movable to any other inspired background while clipped. Clipping path is done with pen tool in graphic design. At first the outline is drown then the background is knocked out.
